ADILABAD: The Kuntala police on Thursday registered a case against Juttu Ashok, Adilabad Zilla Parishad vice- chairman, under the SC, ST Prevention of Atrocities Act for allegedly abusing a lineman of APTransco in the name of caste. Kadari Sundar belonging to SC community said Mr. Ashok came to the sub-station and manhandled him besides verbally abusing him in the name of his caste.
